According to the art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 below is reported the complete information on the processing of personal data carried out by URAI SPA as part of its activity.

DATA – PURPOSE- DURATION OF STORAGE
The following are the main types of data collected and managed by URAI SPA and the purposes related to them:
- Order and billing data: This data is collected when a commercial order is signed and is necessary for the correct supply of the requested product. It is possible that some data are incorrect or updated and we invite you to report the correction to your usual address in the company. These data will be kept for the duration of the existing relationship and for the duration provided for by the accounting and tax legislation.
- Customer contact details: As part of the requested or agreed activity, URAI SPA needs to collect the contact details of the contact person of the customer company in order to ensure maximum efficiency in the delivery of the product or service. These data are entered in the management system and are used for many purposes, some necessary for the provision of the service, other optional such as the Newsletter. It is emphasized that the person has the full right to refuse consent to all the above mentioned ancillary treatments without altering the nature of the commercial relationship in place. If the data subject wishes to limit the processing, revoke the consent to the use of his data for ancillary initiatives, request the correction or modification of the same, he can contact at any time the usual address in the company. The contact data will be kept exclusively for the entire duration of the existing business relationship unless the data subject explicitly requests its cancellation.
- Data of potential customers: URAI SPA has several ways to collect data of potential customers in full compliance with the principles of privacy, for example, through agents on the territory or at trade fairs. In all cases, the data subject is informed in advance of the processing that concerns his data and gives them independently and in full freedom. In any case, being optional data, the data subject can revoke at any time the consent or limit their use by contacting the following address: urai@urai.it. The data acquired in this way will be stored until the data subject explicitly requests its deletion.
- Data collected by the contact form or by email: the data entered in the contact form of URAI spa or forwarded by email to the addresses on the site are processed exclusively for the correct management of the request submitted and if the contact is not transformed into a customer, are subsequently deleted. On the site there are only technical cookies that do not allow the identification of the user.
RECIPIENTS AND SENDING ABROAD
All data communicated as part of a commercial agreement are used exclusively within URAI SPA or possibly shared with agents expressly appointed, as well as are shared with any external parties exclusively for accounting and tax matters (banks, debt collection companies, law firms) or technical support (legal services, IT services, shipping) and corporate control. It is not intended to be sent abroad.
CONCERNED RIGHTS
Please note that according to the GDPR the data subject is entitled to:
- Request access to your personal data and request its rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing.
- To know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients to whom the data is communicated, the retention period.
- Revoke consent (if given) at any time recalling the consequences of such choice
- Request the cancellation (when possible) of data that were no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected,
- Object to profiling or direct marketing processing
- Submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
- To know the subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated and to verify the extract of the contracts in existence with such subjects.
